Meditation and Mindfulness workshop Friday 24th May

Come sit with us, in our beautiful Paddington Studio.

In this special evening you will be gently guided in meditation and the breath to step away from the stresses of daily life and connect to a deep level of restoration and calm. Also incorporating massage and aromatherapy, this is a beautiful opportunity to let go of stress, tension and fatigue, to swap the busyness for a sense of peace, the chaos for calm and to cultivate love and kindness for ourselves which then extends to those around us. We cannot wait to hold space for you to feel uplifted, nurtured and nourished as you effortlessly slip into a deep state of relaxation to realign mind, body and spirit.

Our evening will be a combination of information, discussion and practical experience, and we are sure you will feel rejuvenated and reconnected by the experience. Allow up to 90mins for the session, which will conclude with herbal tea and treats and an opportunity for an informal chat and questions.

This event is open to all, but particularly suited to those who are feeling the need for some calm and self-care. We encourage you to bring a friend and enjoy the evening together as a great end to the working week.
