Our Pregnancy-friendly group classes allow you to have a full and complete workout while looking after your body.

By respecting the limitations that come with this exciting change, we can use Pilates and TRX exercises to build better posture and improve strength in the legs, arms, back and buttocks – all the areas important in a healthy journey to motherhood!

Pelvic floor awareness and strengthening exercises are also incorporated, along with releases for the upper back, foot mobility and balance work.
